It's two miles round-trip to the end and back. Depends on the senior.. I dont recommend anyone with recent knee or hip replacement, or those who are at risk of falling down regularly

I think so! You do have stairs/steps down then back up.. but you can go slow and take your time if you need to :)

If you're in good shape as you say and can handle a few flights of stairs, you'll be fine. Take it at your own pace on the way back and you'll have a great time - well worth the attempt.

Yes I think so. The rangers at the cave would probably help you down and back up. I believe that the rangers have certain times they have tours. Good luck
