Can you go back out the entrance if you are unable to crawl due to an injury? How long is the low ceiling? Can someone 6'5” make it through?

There's no need to crawl through the lowest portions, as they're at the end of the cave. You can turn around and go back the way you came having seen the majority of it.

The entrance is very tall, on metal grate stairs. Most of the cave the ceilings are VERY tall and someone of 6'5" would have no problem, however there are a couple of parts that are quite low - I'm 5'5" and I had to duck for a section.

Yes, it in really high . If there is a spot you can do because of crawling you can always go back. The have the crawl area closes. You will love it

I don't think you'll need to duck for sections longer than 10 feet or so. The cave is huge. For most parts the ceiling is over 15 feet tall, and it is over 10 feet wide. You enter the cave via stairs. You will walk to the end of the cave and then turn around and walk back out of the same entrance you entered. There is no other way to exit the cave other than through the entrance. Crawling is not needed at all.
