I wouldn't. There are some very rocky points and narrow points and its very dark and slick in other points. And it just gets more dangerous carrying a baby if theres other people trying to navigate the rocky floor at the same time
Honestly as long as you have a carrier and are used to hiking/paying attention to your footing you should be fine. The cave stays the same temperature year round so it would probably be warmer than the outdoor temp that time of year.
I wouldn't recommend it either. Because it gets darker the further you go inside. You really have to pay attention on where you are stepping on the pathway. Not to mention it gets pretty chilly inside. Carrying an 8month old baby and carrying a flashlight might make it too challenging. Just saying. Hope this helps.
