Not sure but if they did you would have to press 1 for english, if you know the ext dial it now, press buttons announcements for every other reason for whst you are calling about and most likely when you press the button for other they don't have the reason you are calling there so you will wait on hold who knows how long till the call gets dropped while you are waiting 😬😬😬😬
