My friend bought me a bike pump from here but it wasn't working. Then I realized it was missing a piece. I took it to the store and told the guy I just wanted a basic pump but instead he gave me a supposedly fancy converter.... I took it home and have so many issues with it it's not worth the hassle. I just went back there to explain the story asking if I could exchange it for something simpler and was told that I should give it to a friend and they had pumps starting at $35. They seem nice and I love a local shop but this was super frustrating.

I love this place and so does my son. I've always wanted a bike and my adult life and with their superb customer service, kind gentle hearts, I was easily swayed to get one. Next I'm going to get my son a bike from Tip Top. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants to buy it get your bike serviced, go to TIP TOP BIKE SHOP. You will not regret it.

Amazing job, guys! Rebuilt of my ‘92 Merlin. David and his crew did a beautiful job. Fast and efficient service. And to top it off, they even got the fit spot-on, based on photos of my other (identical) Merlin on the East Coast. That’s a first! I am not a particularly difficult fit, but still. Very happy and satisfied. Five Stars.

They aren't officially a cooperative bike space, so it doesn't seem like you can just do repairs yourself. However, they are extremely cool and accommodating people, so you can bring your bike in and ask.
