I would not give them even 1 star, this is the most worst experience I ever had in my life, no body is working in that office, nobody replies the call and they even do not clear their voicemail. We lost our package there and they are not collaborating or replying our calls.

Busy. Polite and efficient. Got everything done. They have curbside pickup for posted packages. Great job.

No one answers the phone or the numbers no longer work. Vallejo has lost my packages $177. No one is responsible. I tried sending report to Oakland and they just quit answering my calls. Vallejo then said there was nothing they could do about it. All started bc delivery person did not inform me my package had arrived. No one cares and no one is responsible. I need help with this problem and there’s NO RECOURSE. We have a lousy postal system
