Nope. The only changes you can make is to ask for package to be held at post office instead of delivery or to deliver to a neighbor. These changes require a tracking number and aren't available for all packages. If they are available, you will see them when you track the package online.
Sometimes. You have to call the 800 number to see if your package can be intercepted or not.
