Always excellent service and expert opinion. Have been buying stereo equipment from them since 1995.

It's so refreshing to be able to walk into a audio/video place and be able to talk to a guy like Henry. He has a wealth of knowledge and can answer your questions. He sells excellent equipment at competitive prices.

Your extended warranties were awesome. Are you still able to honor your extended warranties?

Questions & Answers

Do you sell sound bars and if so what brands?

While sound bars are often affordable and easy to hook up, we have yet to hear one that offers good sound. Even expensive sound bars ($1500 or more) from audiophile companies lack clarity and definition in our opinion. While we might be audio perfectionists we understand not everybody wants to spend lots of money or go through running wires and getting really good sound from a surround sound system. Yet, we have put together a great sounding true 5.1 surround system from name brands with a list price less than $1500, and our installers have over 30 years know-how. Our simple, affordable, good sounding solution for better sound from TVs is two very small speaker that offer stereo separation powered by a micro size amp. With this system which is simple to hookup there is clarity, definition and bass.

We are changing to Cox Contour TV and have our sound connected through the current Cox cable box to speakers via a receiver. Do you know if there is or are any issues with the new Contour cable box connecting with speakers via a receiver?

Should be no problem as long as your receiver and TV use HDMI cables. Gets a little more complicated if you don't have HDMI capability. Would help to know exact model of receiver and TV first.

Do you repair record players? Thanks, Peter Many

Depends on what problem you might have. If it just needs a new stylus ("needle"), we might have what you need.
