Every time I’ve gone in, it’s been an excellent experience! I’m always quick to be helped. They are very knowledgeable and know what they’re talking about. Friendly, straightforward, happy to help. This last time I went to get plugs for my flute, and he put cork in the keys in like 30 seconds and didn’t even charge me! He reminds me of my band directors from high school and college, very cool!

Was looking for a rental baritone and Mr. Michon and his staff helped me out quickly and professionally. He is clearly well plugged-in to the NOLA brass scene and I felt well taken care of. When I had an issue with the horn they fixed me up in no time flat.
