Went in late in the day to ship a package and for a friend to submit a passport application. The clerk was very helpful and went above and beyond to help both of us. Great experience.

This post office is highly incompetent. The mail carrier delivers mail for me and my neighbors, placing it seemingly in random at boxes on our street. I frequently have packages delivered to my neighbors, and frequently have to redirect packages delivered to my house to theirs. I've contacted this post office and the national USPS helpline multiple times before leaving this review in an effort to solve my problem, but nothing so far has worked. If you live in the area this post office services, please consider using Fed Ex or UPS instead - I wouldn't trust this office to deliver so much as a birthday card.

terrible post office. too lazy to walk up steps, they have actually left a parcel that was too large to fit into my mailbox ON TOP OF MY APARTMENT'S BANK OF MAILBOXES. The value of that parcel was over $200....luckily no one else in my apartment was interested in taking the parcel. redelivery is a joke. they redeliver IF and WHEN they choose (point: I scheduled a redelivery 4 days ago. no one seems to know where it is). and don't get me started on christmas. they didn't redeliver, then after a week of waiting, I went the to post office to get the parcel, only to have it be missing. Luckily, the guy at the desk was very honest in telling me it wasn't a priority for him to find my missing parcel, and maybe someone else who cared could help. this is why the USPS is broke. pay extra for UPS.
