I did in May 2018. You'll need proof of income, utility bill, and the card itself with a DL which matches the address on your utility bill. There was also a $200 deposit, but you get it back when you return the car.
No! No debit cards unless you bring bank statements, proof of income & a couple of bills with your name on it. Desk guy wanted paper copies & didn't tell me I could show him on my phone. I had to take Lyft out to the Sacramento airport & rent a car from there to get where I needed to go. It was a horrible experience & I missed my appointment I was trying to get to.
Yes. The $200 deposit amount must also be backed up by a current bank statement and/or a utility bill with current address and name entries.
