Go for lunch... arrive 30 minutes before they open and wait on line. You'll get seated when they open.

It's first come first serve. When we went, we stopped by around 4pm and they told us it would be around a 2 hour wait. We ended up getting the call 1.5 hours later and rushed back over!!! Well worth the wait!!!!

Yup. What Kim Tran said. I believe you can call ahead but it's a very busy and popular spot. I went there alone and managed to get a spot at the bar within 15 minutes but couples of two or more walking up had a wait of 45 minutes and up.
