I called to see if I could exchange the recliner for a good reason I have had it less then month I am on a lease

Of course they will they want to keep your business not lose you to another company....

I'm sure they will work with you.

I know when I bought my recliner I also purchased a 5 year policy for repair or replacement. Not sure the store policy is wirhout this plan.
