THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS! Made everything seem all smooth and easy. Just to be told they would be at my house Friday with a washer and dryer. No one showed up. Mind you I was told earlier in the week that they didn’t do Saturday deliveries. Called Saturday morning to complain about no one showing up. They stated that they called me and went straight to voicemail which was a lie. Then was told they had truck problems and I was one of the stops. Only gets better they told me they would come out and have someone at my house in 2 hrs on a Saturday when I was told they didn’t do deliveries that day. NO SHOW AGAIN. So today I called to close the account bc I was fed up with their customer service. Not once did they try to make it better or anything. Lady just told me to hold on. Came back on the phone said they closed the account and refunded me my money. With no verification that the account was close. They are horrible on communication as well as HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I should have looked at the reviews before bc I am not the only one. Now I’m stuck with trying to work something out with another rent a center but they are WAY BETTER THAN THESE PEOPLE. THIS WHOLE STOTE NEEDS A REVOLUTION. I was a manager before and this is NOT how you do business!!!

Was promised a new washer and dryer on Friday spoke to Ceasar who stated that the washer and dryer was to be delivered Friday later Ceasar called again stating he did not have a new washer he had one in another store used because the one he had was damaged so that Monday he would deliver the washer and dryer on Monday. On Monday we called to confirm if the washer and dryer was going to be delivered today and spoke to Pedro who said that he did not know anything about the delivery. That the systems says they are still looking for a washer for us. Pedro stated that he would call back in a couple of minutes and did not call back we had to call him back. When Pedro picked up the phone he then put Cesar on the line. Cesar stated that he would not be able to deliver the washer today. Stay away from this store they ate very unprofessional and lies to their customers.

On 7/06/2021 I submitted an order for the 2 piece (Sofa and love seat) online. The following day I called to set up delivery in which I was told today 07/10/2021 between 10:00am-1:00pm. 1pm comes around and no one shows so I call the store (Lakeland 01196) and speak with Caesar who tells me his manager told me the incorrect time and date. It was actually scheduled for 07/17/21 10:00-1:00. I proceed to explain I have made the first payment and I will be have made the second by the time 7/17 comes around. Usually I am understanding but there was no explanation outside me told incorrect information and this guy says “You only paid $10, and it doesn’t matter because it’ll go towards the merchandise.” EXCUSE ME ? Did you work for those $10?? He goes on to explain that is just how it works with RAC that it does not matter if I have or I do not have to product in which the payments are on. I request to speak to some one higher and supposedly Rudy, the manager that told me today , is on vacation there is no one else I can speak with outside him the assistant or any number I can call. I hang up and call CS (800) who was very nice and provided me a ticket number and advised the district manager will be in contact in <48 hours. Til then I have called Caesar back and cancelled in which I was advised he could not send me a confirmation email or text of the cancellation. Using words like “It doesn’t matter” and “Only $10”and showing no empathy with no explanation or apology is BAD CS. Waiting home was an inconvenience to me and so was he. Glad I have some sort of furniture right now . #DoBetter

In less than 10 days I regret dealing with this store. I went in for a gas dryer, which they didn’t have, but I’ve also been looking for a TV stand, with they had one I loved. It was delivered this past Monday damaged. I was told a clock fell on it, taking a thumb sized chunk out of the front edge in front of where the TV sits. The delivery driver took a picture and said he’d tell the sales people so they could knock some money off. I never heard from the store. Then I went on the app to pay my bill and found that a $500+ set of Beats headphones that I didn’t order or receive and would never order added to my bill, almost doubling the amount due. I didn’t make the payment because I’m not paying for something I didn’t want or order, and it was lumped together into almost double what was agreed. Today I called the store to complain. After being put on hold by a rather rude “salesman,” I was told it was taken off. It’s still on my account. And I was told the computer “must have added it.” So beware that their computer will add random expensive merchandise to your account. I then asked about the discount for the damaged tv stand. He put me on hold and came back and told me he didn’t know anything about it. No discussion. I told him the driver took a picture and he just repeated that he didn’t know anything about it. Didn’t try to investigate, tell me he’d look into it, nada. And to top it off, I was charged a late fee for what was their mistake! I’m exceptionally unhappy and angry about my experience at this point. I will not be getting a dryer from them and I’m on the fence about keeping the TV stand as much as I love it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!! After you sign that contract these people turn rude and dishonest.

He the argued with me a hung up the phone , instead of him trying to just get a sale then need to do what they need to do t make sure the customers are as knowledgeable as possible, he refused to set my payment to the correct one but want to charge

Well it's because they have insurance on the item also and thats why you pay for the insurance and also the item I rent from them and they always do me right and I always talk to Rudy and he does me right
