All I can say is BUYER BEWARE! Inspect what you have delivered! What was truly wrong is that no one emails you back when you call the store with a problem, they tell you to email the manager (not politely-no customer service skills-obviously!). I did that. But only gave them 30 hours to email me back because I didn’t trust it.. So I went down there. The person named Mike told me they would redeliver the (undamaged) love seat the next day because quote “They only have one delivery, but the guy has to go to Orlando first. But he can take your love seat over there, too.” Ok. Good enough. I leave the store. The next day phone rings “We’re sorry he’s behind. So he can’t deliver today.” Ummm, ok? No surprises!
