Terrible delivery experience and poor customer service. Staff is really rude there and it’s obvious the men who deliver have very poor installation training and very poor customer service. Check your furniture once it arrives. Avoid this store if possible.

I bought a couch and loveseat in Alabama, but in order to get the ottoman that goes with the living room set, I could only pick up in Florida. So I bought it in Alabama and drove 15 miles to pick the ottoman up in Warehouse in Lakeland Florida. Btw, the total was charged to my “rooms to go credit card”. So, I get to the warehouse only to be told there’s a $3 balance owed, my receipt says 0 balance. No one can tell me what the charge is for, but worse of all, I cannot pay the $3 here, I have to go to a store to pay there?! The online option isn’t working. This experience was preceded by a three hour effort yesterday, to speak with someone at customer care to ascertain the ottomon would be available for pickup on the date written on the receipt, but there was a lot of confusion finding my order… and everyone I spoke with seemed bothered and not very interested in helping me, the customer. What ever happened to customer service. Rooms to go corporate needs to get it together…last I heard if it wasn’t for customers you would be out of business.

Even tho we didn’t purchase anything at the moment, Donna was exceptional in her role. She was very knowledgeable about the products and shared ideas of what products would go well together. If we do decide to purchase something from rooms to go, we’d definitely ask for her to help us. Thank you Donna.

Facility opens gate at 0600. Backing into docks near entrance is tight at the back of the building is moderate. Driving around is tight due to trailers alongside the building. Go to the last entrance for shipping and receiving freight. Check in can take 5~10 minutes. Everyone is nice and helpful. I didn't see any restrooms
