We’re getting a second community pool.. we’re not getting a second community pool.. who knows! They said there would be a second pool but now that’s changed and of course it was not in writing. 200+ homes and 1 pool/clubhouse is insane. We don’t even use the “amenities” that they pushed so hard because it’s always crowded and trashed. Play ground is good for toddlers but any kids over the age of 4 have nothing to do in this neighborhood. The house itself isn’t terrible but you can definitely find a lot of things that were poorly done inside the homes that aren’t used as model homes. If we wouldn’t have been caught in such a bad position after our original house fell through, we probably would not have purchased a home in this subdivision.
