After visiting the store twice looking at the same recliner sofa. I made the purchase. It was delivered the same day which I had to pay for. And the price was adjusted. Then a 3 year warranty was also added. And I was told that if the warranty didn't have a claim file within the 3 years I would be refunded the money. After the sale I ask when would I receive the refund. Then I was told it would be in a form of a store credit. Which is totally different 🤔. Then I felt disappointed because it was a hidden fact the sales person didn't bring to light only that I would be refunded at the expiration. Other than this the experience was a great one.

Chad met us at the door, greeted us, and started showing us around immediately. We said we wrre going to continue to look around, at which time he gave us space to browse and discuss. When we finally made our selection, the process was quick and easy. Will most likely buy again from here if the service remains the same

Best service ever. Kathryn Broussard was wonderful. She really cares about finding the right piece of furniture for you. No high pressure sales and she knows what’s in the store that might be right for you. If there’s a problem, my sofa wouldn’t fit in my mobile home, there was no hassle to replace it with something that did fit. I’ve never had a better experience purchasing furniture. Thank you Kathryn. You’re amazing.

Purchased a dining room set and sofa and both not only took forever to arrive, I did not get the quality I was promised and paid for, the end chairs to the dinning table did not match as I was told and the sofa was done poorly, the cushions fit small to space and they are not tight and perfectly square like the one I saw in the show room, one of the swivel chars squeak as if they were old, I requested for them to take back and refund my money and I was told purchase was final and no returns or refunds would be done, I do not recommend to purchase anything at this store, my furniture does not look 10k worth, the furniture for 3k I purchased at rooms to go looks classier and better quality than the custom made furniture by hudson
