I can tell you not to take your loved ones to this center. I start by noting that there is no special care for patients. Nurses mistreat patients and when they know they are going to visit, family members modify in the kitchen so that the food arrives early. Do not take them if you want to have them stable.the cross roads is not good .
Please stay away from this facility, they don't care about the residents there at all and neglect their needs. My father was there for a little while and all they did is made him worse.

I'm there currently. I can testify to the truth of the previous negative reports. Thing is I feel like I'm trapped here with no place to turn. Here to rehab after recent knee replacement. It's like something out of a horror story. My hometown so I chose them. Boy was that a mistake. You'd have to make an unannounced tour and see it for yourself to believe it. How do they stay in business? It's beyond me.
My parents are in The Cross Roads. It's an older facility but is kept very clean. The staff is friendly and caring. Plenty of activities.
