This location is ALWAYS our 1st stop when traveling 5-6 hours from GA to FL for our VRBO VACA as GA does not have this restaurant; When we are 30 mins away we order online and LOVE the ability to pick a specific time for pick-up 😍 -Online ordering is effortless and safe -Order is always ready on time - Packaging is always top notch with napkins, condiments and seasoning - Employees are always immensely kind -Outside area is always SUPER clean -Food NEVER disappoints, it is continuously, visually appealing and always in abundance!! 📣 And OH MY GOSH they put REAL BACON in your Salad vs fake bacon bits 😁 *We LOVE this location, sitting in BEAUTIFUL Champions Gate ❤️😍❤️

Burger was alright (nothing special or worth 15$) Bottomless garlic fries is DEFINITELY the way to go. Waitress was nice and friendly. Verity was also incredible. Would definitely recommend you stop by.

Had a gift card so thought I'd try Red Robin to see if it lived up to all the hype. It definitely DID NOT. First of all this location was VERY shabby, not dirty but in need of building upkeep inside and out. I ordered the Southern Charm Burger with garlic fries, my husband ordered Wings n Chips. For the price of each order I expected a pretty good size burger with a heap of fries on the side. The wings you would expect at least Average size wings and a pile of chips but both husband and I were pretty disappointed when food arrived. My burger was about the size of a typical fast food (think 1/4 pounder) burger w/a bit more than "scant" toppings, and a handful of fries on the side. The burger was good, but that's just it .... good. I would have let the just average portions pass if it had been a Great tasting burger, same with the fries. The wings, just think game hen, I mean seriously?? The chips were pretty good though. I would have also thought presentation would have been better since it was a weekday and only 5 other tables had customers. The food looked like it was on Saturday night around 9pm rush. All in all a lackluster experience that made me thankful for that gift card covering most of the 36$ lunch(no alcoholic beverages either). Red Robin you could do much better!! I probably won't return because there are just too many of your competitors that offer much more all around for my dollar.

The burgers were delicious, quite juicy. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, the vibe was good and the flow of the restaurant was well managed. We did walk in seating and got seated within about 20 minutes and we're immediately assisted by our waitress. Our drinks came out while we were still completing our order which was pretty neat. The food arrived quickly with only one minor order hiccup which was quickly remedied. We definitely plan to visit again in the near future.
