This place is horrible, it's always something bad that happens everytime I go to this location. Today I did a online order for the new chicken tender/popcorn chicken bucket and when I showed up I was told they don't participate in the bucket promotion and when I checked my bank I was not even refunded the extra cost so I ended over paying for a 4 piece tender meal and on top of it they gave me the smallest pieces they could find and it looked like they shoved their finger thru the biscuit. I just threw it in the trash and got food elsewhere. In my past experiences they don't give the full order, the food is cold, the soda has no flavor, rude service and the list goes on. I'm going to popeyes from now on.

The food's just not the same as it use to be back in the day, even the chicken!! I use to love it!!! Not anymore!! I Love the pot pie though and green beans everything else is Nasty!!! BEWARE!!!

Check your receipt right away. The total seemed higher than it should for the 2 meals I purchased. 1st meal, #8 5 tenders and 2 side meal, $11.99 2nd meal, #9 5 tenders and 1 side meal, $9.99. I asked how much an extra side was, he said $2.49. So it was $0.49 cheaper to do a #8 with 2 sides vs a #9 and add an extra. I didn't get the total at the speaker, but at the drive through she says $26 and change, I'm like that isn't correct. She asks what I ordered again and the sides. $24 and change, still seemed a bit high. I see they charged $11.99 for the first, and $10.99 for the second meal. Multiple people said that was the tax. I asked then why does the first one match the advertised price? 1 guy, seemed like a manager said I was wrong and there was nothing he could do, he pointed at the inside boards price. I said check the drive through price. So I get out and walk to check the sign, yep $9.99. Let the 2 people behind me in line know they are charging a higher price than listed. I get back to my car and say I was right $9.99 is the price, go look. Again I am told there is nothing they can do other than a full refund and give them the food back. I simply asked just for a refund of the difference. I was told again there is nothing they can do. I said I can wait here until you figure it out. I suggested another side, and was asked which one. If that was offered right off the bat when there was a discrepancy, I would have accepted and moved on. But when a manager says there is nothing he can do when I have been over charged, is not going to sit well with me. No one at this location today seemed to know what to do, maybe there was no manager today and the main guy just lucked out. Unlikely to be back here as the price keeps going up and the quality is going down. There is a new Popeyes down Palm Ave I'll give my money to.
