The Customer Service Was Great! Agodess an Employee there was great she knew exactly where everything is. I would recommend everyone in The State Of Florida to come to the Posner Park Staples.

This is the third time I went into the store I had difficulty getting help with something as simple as printing a piece of paper. Today I went in there was a long line per usual at the self-service are. People were waiting in line she asked to two people in front of me did they need any help they told her no. She asked the same thing She then tells me that she has to wait on the people that were in front of me who is now currently waiting in the self service line.She grabs a customer prints out a piece of paper for her.I ask her what is the purpose of asking me what I needed and then you go and help other people.She tells me that she can print it but she’ll have to put me in the queue and it’ll be an hour wait. WHAT!!!!! I definitely won’t be given this store location anymore of my time or money. Also speaking to the manager is pointless.
