Hey Alex, they have a pretty good size parking lot and I am almost sure you can. I have seen people doing it. It would depend on what you want to do to your car. I'm not sure of their policy but I know you would have to get in a corner far as you can from the building. I'd call them if I wanted to work on my car there and put out a feeler and get a temperature. My impression is keep it low-key and you'll be ok. You can check out the parking lot with Google Earth and get a satellite eyes view from above to see the possibilities.
