Unbelievable how long it takes to answer the phone, if they even do that. I get it, everyone needs help but there should be some type of system that can help someone in person and by phone. Clearly nobody cares enough to change this or make it better based off the past reviews. Truly sad.

The professionalism or lack there of, along with the lack of “heart” from LT. Case of the Police Department is extremely disheartening. You’re a rude human being. I guess you can figure out my last name now (after you asked for it- after telling me to have a good day and walking away, as you were already done dealing with me). North Hollywood PD responded to a flipped vehicle. The man smelled like alcohol from at least 1-2 blocks away. He could barely walk getting out and being belligerent following this easy to avoid accident... This older drunk white man walked away with no DUI. Any other race would not qualify for this type of standing ovation. That's what is wrong with America in few words!

I was in a hit and run accident today. I have been trying to call to make a report for the last HOUR and the phone keeps ringing, no one answers, I'm trying to leave a message, the mailbox is full. Please, have more staff available so they can help the people who need it!

Depends on what you want to do. You can go into the station make a report. You can make a report online. You can call and make a report. I am lazy so I would make a report online.
That is correct. If you don't have evidence of a crime from strangers. What do you ant them to do. If your being stalked stay in open areas, if you are very sure you are being stalked, write down everything mainly time a place. I would say pictures to. You probably went there with no times or locations or pictures.
