I have been going to North Hollywood CarQuest for about 16 years. From the first time I came into the store the service was A1. The guys helped me learn about what I should purchase, and showed me why it is best to buy your own parts, and how not to be beat by shady mechanics, which is what almost happened that day in 2004. I know it was who God directed me to this store. Integrity must be is a mandatory characteristic to work for this company. I have had 3 different cars since 2004. Never have I had to return a part. I was introduced to 3 great mechanics since then, I was alway pleased and treated respectful by the mechanics. Today I met another and he seems very trustworthy. I’m so pleased with the service and the kindness of the people at CarQuest!!! Thanks guys……
