Over ten years I have come to regard NoHo Toyota as perhaps the worst Toyota dealership in So Cal. After going to them on 7/22 am as they are closer to me, and receiving useless help I went to Keyes Toyota Van Nuys who have been terrific since 2010, through three Toyota vehicles.

Mr.Herb in Parts Department was very rude. Mr.Eric Martinez was also unhelpful. Both were not cooperative. I will never visit to this location.

One of the best customer services offered by Carlos Marin who is an Internet Sales Manager at North Hollywood Toyota!!! The initial car that I went to see, I didn't like, but instead of trying to convince me to buy that car, he asked me what I have in mind and found me exactly what I was looking for and the rest is history... I came home happy with my new Toyota. Such a hassle free car shopping!! I wish Carlos Marin and all who helped me at North Hollywood Toyota all the Best. Keep up the good work guys!!!

Came in for a check engine light. They kept my car overnight and after all that they told me, "they think they fixed it." The check engine light comes on 3 days later and this time I take it to La Puente Toyota. La Puente tells me that North Hollywood did no diagnostic test and basically did nothing at all. La Puente ended up fixing my car and within 4 hours of me dropping it off. While North Hollywood Toyota had my car for over 24 hours and literally did nothing except cause me to miss work. North Hollywood Toyota also doesn't honor the fact that Toyota says when warranty work is done and your car is kept over night you get a loner car.. Extremely bad customer service at North Hollywood Toyota and incompetent service work done to my vehicle
