Had an LA fitness membership with multiple referrals for over 6 years. Recently moved and was able to access the three LA fitness gyms in the valley including this one. This club and the other two surrounding are very much boys clubs. This club is always overcrowded with very rude members and teenage boys acting like tough men. Zero respect for women. It took a long time to decide to cancel, but after several unpleasant encounters here, I finally did. When you do decide to cancel, the process is incredibly difficult. They try to force you to cancel in the club in person. I was very sick and advised I was not able to go into the club. They had me cancel via an email address that I did not receive a response from for two days. In the meantime, the membership fee was charged. I emailed to have this reversed. They assured me it was. When I told then it wasn't, they told me to contact the club. I called, was immediately placed on hold. I was finally able to express my concern. She asked if I could come into the club. I advised her it is not necessary to come in to amend their mistake. I am now awaiting a call from a manager. I can go into detail about previous customer service mishaps throughout my membership with these three clubs but will leave this as it is. Please do better LA fitness. I have switched gyms for the 5 memberships I had referred along the way and will never recommend LA fitness to anyone.

I have noticed that lately there is almost no organization and people is allowed to be more impolite. The dumbells are never re-racked in the right place or at all. There are barbells all over the place and you have to go hunting for them and wasting time trying to find the one you need. There is also a lot of equipment hogs who are never told off by the staff and a lot of noise groups. Also, if you are filming your work out, get your phone out of the way or don't complain if it gets knocked over.

I was visiting from Phoenix , the homie Carlos trained me dude know he’s stuff. I recommend him to everyone. Ask him about warm ups and cool downs. Forever great full , I work construction and it helps everyday. Forever grateful.

Nice location , huge parking lot, good variety of workout equipment, friendly and professional staff! Swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. No towel service but Overall, good place to workout!

It was Ballys, and Holiday Spa but No room, unless they remove the pool or the dance auditorium they use for a lot of classes, no room, I heard that possibly Vallarta market, next door might be sold and moved and fitness will assume the humongous space,,, but no such luck,,, yet.
I REMEMBER BEFORE 2019 THE GYM WAS OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT.
