They have a good selection but the employees are just plain rude. On almost all occasions I have given them a chance, they all outright insult customers. Not sure if the manager is aware or worse, in on it. Take your business elsewhere unless you are desperate.

Great hardware selection from the Atari lynx to the Switch and PS5, great poster as well!
Nino (Ninodman)
Every console gaming u need is here, i got my Ps4 here. But if u need some old systems like Ps3 n xbox360, they got it also. Excellent customer service by the way. They also do used dvd, blu ray trade-ins.

Holy hell has this place gone down hill. I used to love going here even just to window shop. They were once the best in town, best buy back prices, every game known to man... But $#*% has changed! They offer $6 for a game thats on their shelf for $40. So many empty cases and shelves. But the big kicker is the staff sucks now. You used to be able to actally talk with people who cared about games, and get recommendations, they USED to care. The service is trash. Rude comments, unpersonable, Clear "upsell" techniques rather than the love of the games. And god forbid you get you game quote and decide not to sell to them, dont expect any respect after that. Only saving grace that gives them a second star is that you can still possibly find a vintage game if youre looking for those. Other than that, dont waste your time.

The have a price sheet online, they state how much they buy and sell items for.
$5 bucks each. I got mine for $5.
They have A price sheet with all the prices on-line!
Not sure to be honest but their prices are reasonable
That's a dumb question. Of course they sell ps2 games. I feel like you didn't even try to find out the answer yourself.
No, sorry
They don't sell movies there.
Yes
You can ask for a pre order sale on new games coming out. If you going to do that is better go to the maker fill out a pre order on the game u want
Yes they buy used games but you would have to go in store to have them price it for you.
No. I remember that they dont.
It's definitely worth going to & see if it is.Or call & ask them.
Masks required. Limited to about 6-8 people in their store. They ask to limit your browsing to about 20 minutes. This isn't a hard rule but it seems that they prefer only two people to a group when it's busy.
Of course.
Yes, but they have you stand outside if it's a little busy, even though it's not too busy. They let in around 6 people or maybe 10. Then the rest wait outside. Also theres an Enter and Exit. There's a lot of parking too.
Just give them a call before you go i am sure they will give you a better explaination i hope
Game dude is one of the best video game stores out there.
They have every he u can imagine.
Just go online Or call that's what I do
Yes they are open for curbside pick up, I bought a switch lite there on Saturday call ahead or they come out and take your order.
They probably do, u should call them when they're open, cool guys
Call and ask
Yes they will buy your Xbox one after checking it and with that money you can put it towards buying an Xbox one x.
You can go on their website and get that information I don't know sorry
To be honest they have reasonable prices but they do have some stuff that is new n not sure what the price range
http://gamedude.com/dreamcast.html I don't know how often they update their pricing, but you can always call and get updated pricing and inventory. I was there about a week ago and they had a pretty decent selection, I did not check pricing though as they did not have the games I was looking for in stock. They did have a lot of controllers and I believe one or two consoles.
The website has spreadsheets detailing how much they buy for games, but as mentioned the best way to get this answered is to go in.
The Xbox one (slim) with 2T is 239. They have different options with different prices so I suggest to go to go online and check the prices there. For new consoles you'll have to call and ask
Go in person. They need to check the system, run tests on it, etc.
Call them and ask directly? (818) 764-2442
Yes but i think you'll only get store credit for it. You might want to call and ask them. Ive never returned anything there but just make sure you have the receipt cause they do seem strict with there return policy.
Depends on the condition of the used console or popularity of a new console.
If you go to the website it gives you the amount they give per game / console and accessories.
Call them and find out before you drive out to them?
Never shipped anything I always go inside the store sorry
They have so many games, like tons of games. I wouldn't be surprised if they had GTA 5
They sell GB games but do not repair them
No they don't, but they will show you how it can be done via diagram, and point you in the right direction of where to go if you still want someone else to fix it. Hope Pokemon Silver gets fixed soon!
Call the store for a quote, it depends on your condition
Average on their paper says about $189 at this time. The price goes up and down based on hard drive size and body style or with kinect
No.
They do wit games like Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Gameboy Advanced, etc. If you sell them without their original case, there is decreased in price, so you won't get the actual price that they paid when the game is in its complete form, and this also includes manuals and all other features that the game had when it was released. Now with CDs, Blue Ray games, Game Due is a bit stricter, they will not buy a game if it has scratches on the CD/Blue Ray, and again the price for a missing original case will be reduced. The answer is yes, they are still accepting games without their original cases, but keep in mind that they only buy the ones that look good. Another thing that you need to keep in mind is that you will be getting almost nothing for those games, the price really takes a hit when the game doesn't have the original cases.
They don't do repairs
They do not. I have been a 10 + year customer and can confirm that they do not repair
Call them, or look at their website
You have to contact them. Details are in their website.
We do not do repairs. You can purchase a single or a pair. Come on down. One of our associates will be glad to help.
How much
I think i remember seein em fir 200 but you should call em. Theyre all pretty knowledgeable fir the most part when it comes to pricing anyhow..lol otherwise, useless
Yes. It is subject to availability as all Mario games are highly popular. Call for availability. The games listed on the games list are all subject to availability. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
Depends on how much they are selling it for
Yes
Every day games are traded.. so. You should stop in and see what they have. they also have a printed list of all the games in stock .if you don't see something on the shelves ,check the list .
We paid about $30.00 for our PS3 controllers. We got used ones.
They have adds when u walk in and it has every game and for what game system
They should have complete price listings on their website
Depends. Is it in working condition? Does it have the box? Does it have all the pieces? Take it in to Game Dude and find out what the appraisal is.
I recommend you better go to the store
From my experience shopping there, I can tell you they carry games and gaming systems ranging from Atari to the Nintendo Switch and everything in between. They have great inventory, just call ahead to make sure.
