Very cool! Anyone looking for smaller classes where everyone gets productive instruction from professional instructors will love this gym. You will learn more here than the larger gyms were you can get lost especially as a beginner. Frank was great and kept a good flow with each new exercise. Thanks!

Best Muay Thai Gym in the valley! I travel all the way from Simi Valley 4-5 times a week. I pass by many other gyms on the way because it is worth the drive. Prices are the best, training is amazing, everyone here is family. If you like sparring, you can spar every day. You also don't have to spar ever if you don't want to. You can even check out a class for free! This is my therapy!
