Almost every appointment is set up months in advance. I request time off of work to make theses appointments. Three times now my appointments have been canceled the day before. Oh and they cancel after five o clock which is after their call center closes. I did not get follow ups on my blood work and don’t know if I still need to take my medication. Avoid this place they just want to appear open and collect a paycheck.

This clinic overall has its good and bad. Dr Nowakhtar is the best OBGYN anyone could ever ask for! She’s very patient, understanding and never makes you feel rushed. Nancy Avendano NP is the best for general medicine! She has a calm, relaxed demeanor that makes you feel at home. I highly recommended both. Amy in the referrals the department is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate her. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t receive the help I need. Thank You Amy!

The staff to make an appointment are not in the same page. Made me come 4 times to the clinic just to set an appointment. The process they have to make an appointment is horrible they are so behind with technology. You have to go drive up there if your new. After all that i decided to find somewhere else.

Horrible horrible!!! If I could give them negative star ratings I would. We ended up here because they helped with insurance enrollment when we first moved here and of course they made it so we could only go there for everything. They never pick up the phone, so you can’t schedule appointments and you can’t come in unless you have an appointment. After 25 min wait finally talked to Miriam whose only job apparently is to tell people to call next day to schedule same day appointments, which I have previously done and they say they will return your call to say what time you can come in, except they never call back. This place will literally let you die and wouldn’t care as long as they cash their insurance check!!!! Please close this place, it’s a huge pain!!!

no, former employee here! in the noho location, only existing pts can make appts., there is a different process for new pts- you have to go in person. for the north hills location - you can make np appts., but they're not open as often.

Yes, they take Medi-Cal and they are excellent. I love the place.
We prefer to schedule patients, however if you are an enrolled VCH patient we will try and assist you as quickly as possible
