George (the manager) is extremely rude and condescending. I called ahead of time just to ask a question or 2..someone answers the phone and asks me if I can hold. 10 minutes later I'm still on hold and by that time I arrived at the store only to walk in to see George chit chatting with another store manager. I said so you put me on hold and you're not even busy?. Says that no one has called the store, I proceed to show him my call log and he says "no one has been answering the phone but me"... I said "then ur the one who put me on hold then". His reply "if you wanna blame me then go ahead". Told him if he is the only one answering the phone there's no one to blame but him... He shrugs like oh well... That's some good customer service. The only reason I knew the other guy was a manage was because he told me when I asked questions and George all of a sudden got busy Update: totally forgot to mention that George was super helpful to the white guy...racial bias.... Hmmmmm

03/18/22 7:30pm manager on shift at store 6030 Lankershim Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91606, refused to test my battery, even though I was under the old 3year 2 pro-rated total 5 year warranty, he then refused to loan tools to remove battery for warranty exchange, told me to buy a kit and then return it, I did so and when I came back 10 minutes later to return it as he had suggested, he then proceeded to tell me that since I had used the kit to remove it then I wasn't able to return it, boiling point was when he actually provided those services to a white client, I'm Hispanic so I wonder is autozone a white clientele only type of store?, been a client for about 20 years and until today never had such issue, so this was the last visit
