Hyundai, Kia, Toyota and Honda have always preferred their interpreters Bill, Sunny and Mariko for focus groups for over a decade.

A friend referred me to their translator Dr. Junhui Joo who translated my novel from Korean to English. She is such a talented translator who understands both Korean culture and English language expressions. Nobody else could do what she did for my novel.

We got Spanish interpreters and equipment for our Saturday event, and John was super helpful running around three workshop rooms. Rental price was very reasonable and the equipment was excellent.

I would not trust this company with anything remotely important or time sensitive. My experience with Jenny and John was horrible and it almost cost my wife her Green Card, because we of their unprofessionalism and lack of preparation. About 2 weeks before our interview, we had booked L.A. Translation and even paid them $300 in advance via QuickBooks. After having taken our money, they had not booked an interpreter until I reached out to them myself, TWO DAYS BEFORE THE INTERVIEW! When I called, Jenny simply told me that a person named John was handling this matter and that they will get back to me. Needless to say, they never got back to me. So I called them back the day afterwards. This time, John picked up. John seemed to be unaware about this case and he said that they will look for interpreters. Keep in mind... this was literally ONE DAY BEFORE OUR INTERVIEW, despite having paid them the money two weeks before that. I probably called John a total of 4 or 5 times that day because each time, he would tell me that he's trying to book an interpreter and wasn't able. At around 5:45 PM (when I called again), he told me that Junhui Joo will be handling my matter. Although I was very annoyed at their last minute preparation and unprofessionalism, I thought that I no longer have to worry about this issue and that Junhui will meet me in the morning. But it was far from over! The morning of the interview at 10:21am (which is one our before our scheduled interview...), I received an email from them saying that my interpreter has been switched to a person named Romano Lee. I spoke on the phone with Romano, and he was under the impression that our interview was the DAY AFTER... This was about 45 minutes before the interview and he said that he was in Orange County (my interview was in Downtown LA). We were to meet at 11am. This means that he had to get from OC to DTLA in 15 minutes. Obviously, that was impossible. We ended up firing this company and handled the interview on our own. This experience with this company was horrible, not to mention extremely stressful on such an important matter. Do not trust this company with anything that is important to you.
