Report it to the service manager
Sorry no answer but I hope that you get them back when I went they disny ask if we had anything in the car so we did not think of it
When taking any vehicle in for inspection put a hidden camera in it or take everything out and have it back just like when u first bought it unless its not that important to u, cause that is an issue everyone can have so beware
Talk to the service manager about it if you don't get satisfaction there, talk to the general manager! Keep going up the line until you get an answer. May not be the answer you want but you probably will get a better answer.
Remember:. They are car dealers and their to make money.
