Terrible customer service. Guy in parts department lied and said he added a military discount to my order. No discount shown see photo. Lady at cash register and guy at parts were arguing in fron of me about who puts military discount on item. This place should not be allowed to do business and should be shut down. Training couldn't help these people stay in business. Lots of lost revenue coming for them.

Bought a Tundra from this place and it was initially pretty high-pressure. Wife and I left after the first day to keep shopping and their sales team called back with an excellent offer. Hector called us the next day, and delivered the truck and papers to us himself. All of the team was fair with us and The detailing team did an incredible job. They even replaced a busted light and re-touched the paint AFTER they had already made the deal, which they didn’t have to do. They’re salespeople there, but the vehicle is good and they offered us a 3 year warranty on a used car with 80k miles on it, which tells me they’re confident that they’re not selling lemons. I would shop here again. I’d recommend asking for Hector for a more relaxed car-buying experience. He has excellent customer-service instincts. Hector was also the man who personally drove the vehicle over an hour away to deliver it to us. Ask for Hector, but know that you’re probably getting a good car from this place either way.

Hector was a big help!! Seeing as I drove many hours to get a new car, he took his time in helping and giving my husband and I a great experience all together! You can’t go wrong with Hector!

Colossal waste of time. I have an issue with my window not going up - it goes down but not up and it makes a noise when I try to run it up. I took it to Mazda specifically because I own a Mazda and they would have the parts on hand for a simple fix. The soonest appointment I could get was an early morning appointment three weeks out. I'm coming from Fort Irwin, over 60 miles away, so I had to choose a day that would have three just impact at work. When I arrived - fifteen minutes early - I explained the problem to the service technician. He asked me if I needed a ride back and I told him no, since I planned to wait on my car there. I went to the waiting room with three other customers to wait and then minutes later, the tech came back to tell me that they would need to keep my car overnight because the mechanic was really backed up and would not be getting to my car until late. The best he could do was squeeze me in sometime the following week. I'm confused on why this is the case; I scheduled an appointment specifically to have my car serviced that day, not to have to drive 60 miles back on a favor. He then asked me if there weren't any Mazda dealerships closer to where I lived! How do you not know this? I am not satisfied at all with Victorville Mazda. If the mechanic was that backed up, they should have made a courtesy call a day or two prior to let me know that I would need to leave the car overnight and to plan accordingly. This is enough of a disservice to a loyal customer that I will not buy a vehicle from them, no matter how good the deal. I'm taking my car to a local mechanic who will need to order parts, but at least I have assurance that he will be able to fix my issue without having to keep my car overnight.
