This dealership is applying + $10,000 dealer markup on top of MSRP on all vehicles. Of course its negotiable! You'll still end up paying several thousand dollars more than the vehicle would ever be worth and be forever upside down on the car. Sales at VV Hyundai are ripping peoples heads off because Hyundai can't make enough vehicles. Pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered. I'll never shop here again.

Had literally one of the worst service experiences I have had in my life. This dealership turned what could should have been a 5 minute quick fix into a 30 minute ordeal. Went in to have the odometer reading updated due to a previous service issue at a different dealership. Our service advisor was the rudest and most confrontational employee I've encountered. Who at one point walked out looked at my wife in the car and walked back inside as we had not parked in the "right line". I will drive to the next town over before I get my vehicle serviced here again.

My Experience at this location was phenomenal. I really appreciate the customer services. They had me out and ready to go within an hour and some change, plus they are willing to work with you. Special shout out to Mario Guzman, he has a great personality/energy and he knows his stuff. I recommend requesting his services when you go to this location to purchase a vehicle. Honestly from start to finish 5 star experience! Mario Guzman was amazing! Customer service was beyond amazing! I’ve been buying cars for 16 years now and I’ve never had a experience like this. The floor manager also worked diligently to get me the car I wanted and not some car they just wanted to sell while also getting it at a great price!
