I think everybody office is pleasant. I went on Friday, July 29 to check on status of my my place on the waiting list and Frankie the business officer was great she took her time to help me explain to me the situation why they never answer the phones and also explain that some of the information on the google is incorrect.

The building is of modern Spanish stucco style. They're good at helping people get housing, but if the tenant misplace the keys, the tenant has to pay for a locksmith. The inside of units a very spacious and they do offer income based housing. However, The grounds appear unkept. Trash, debris and soiled walked ways gives the impression that its a housing project, where the superintendent maintains the property haphazardly. But if you are clean and sweep your own porch, it's habitable.

PET'S ALLOWED, THERE'S NO PLACE FOR THEM TO DUE WHAT PET'S DO? NOT SO CLEAN ON THE OUTSIDE,TRASH EVERYWHERE,KIDS THROWING THE TRASH IN DUMPSTER NOT MAKING IT ,TO SMALL TO REACH?? APARTMENTS INSIDE, SET UP IS NICE,POOL, THAT NO ONE CAN USED, TENANTS PAY FOR THIS IN THIER LEASE,(SHOULD GET REFUNDED TAKE $ 40 OFF RENT EVERY MONTH??

This apartment complex is very nice and clean. It's a gated community they have several laundromat facilities medium in size. The laundromat facility require a password in order to go in. The apartment complex is very well lighted. Every apartment has 2 parking spaces assigned and the office personnel are very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
