BEWARE!!! I parked while visiting a family member. My car was damaged when I was about to take off .. I called the manager TINA ! & I asked if she had an cameras & how about to go about the situation. She was very off the bat OFFENSIVE, RUDE,& VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! She said no nothing you can go go to your insurance. I asked her for someone above her she said no. I asked who was above her she said noone. She didn’t apologize about the damages that were done there. She didn’t keep professionalism. This place is not safe. If you think you will be safe here. You will not be especially damaging your cars. She will not care about you and she hanged up the call. When she out to lunch there is no note on her office door. I worked in professional setting where I was trained to give good costumer service. Obviously they hired the wrong one. She didn’t even try to help out in any way. She said it was my fault ! Like how If i am parked at complex to visit. She said my family was also responsible. She is a joke. Finally Tina Aka Manager you been exposed as being rude, unprofessional & having no integrity for anyone. I also exposed it to Facebook as well. BEWARE PEOPLE! I kinda of feel sorry for her, being horrible miserable person. I hope this goes to corporate she didn’t wanna give me who ever is above her information.
