Staying in Casa Bella for more than 8 years has been poor due to incompetent management and lack of communication to tenants. Not only has it been getting worse as the year past. I don’t recommend anyone applying for rent here. I assume many residents/neighbors living here now has the same concerns.

I lived downstairs and the walls are thin you can hear everything and everyone. People got robbed in my apartment building and I had to break my lease after being there 6 months because a safety issues. Some guy knocked on my door at 10 pm around Christmas time asking if I got a package in my mailbox today with his name on it (was he watching me check my mail) the asst manager Maria doesn't do her job well. No one ever lets you speak with the manager Wendi. And when I broke my lease and moved out a week later I went to check my mail and they said someone moved in so I couldn't check it. Then a month later Wendi told me no one moved in until a month later smh ! All in organized and no one communicated. My apt always had mold when it rained or when the sprinklers came on outside. A lot of people had dogs lease agreement says no dogs.

People like Roberta are miserable.I know of her kind.She lies to people to make her commission and she lies on tenants to have their credit messed up because she's so bitter about her life and happiness.Who you know who will try to put a unlawful detainer on you because you told them you were moving.And then when it don't go through because of no probable cause they go and re do it and still didn't go through.SMH!!YES SHE USED TO WORK AT THE SUNCREST APARTMENTS IN BARSTOW

So, I've lived here for about two years now. It's sort of an awful place to live. You can always hear neighbors shouting at each other, many people have dogs that they're not supposed to, and I often see local law enforcement coming through for one reason or another. The management staff is nice, though, and they do their best to stay on top of things. You can't really control the people who move in, so I can't fault the management staff for the bad neighbors.

What's so bad about the casa bella apartments? I'm planning on moving in next summer and they're really cheap, and they look nice , and I just wanna live by myself (im a 22 year old woman) so, tell me everything, the bad and the good?

They don't have any one bedrooms but yes they do take section 8 and there's usually no waitlist because there's also some available but of there isn't the waitlist isn't usually long.

No pets allowed however, everybody has one or more. There is a lot of cat and dog poop..
3 bed rooms are 900 2 bedrooms I believe are 700-750 they were 650 but I think they went up
Dogs and cats poop everywhere. Dogs running around with no owner, kids play in parking lot. People drive fast through the parking lot. Can get loud depending on where your appartment is. No furniture at the pool you have to bring your own. Management is cool, as long as you pay your rent. There is a lot of drama that goes on, just stay clear from it. You will be just fine. Don't tell people you live alone so you don't become a target. Not sure what's considered bad or good. But every place has its downs....

No it has over head storage but you have to have your own lock and no parking is assigned. So people park any and everywhere.
