Always a pleasant experience every time we are here. We’ve been coming here with our now toddler as his primary care pediatric for over 3 years. The staff are friendly. Dr. Hepburn is AWESOME, her patience and understanding is beyond reproach, her colleagues are also great. This place is highly recommended!!

We switched to CHOP 7 years ago after our original pediatrician kept telling me my daughter needed formula because she wasn’t growing fast enough. When we switched to CHOP Springfield the doctors told me she was growing just fine, on her growth curve, and that she was just a tiny baby growing into a tiny toddler. She’s still a tiny kid no matter how much she eats. I was able to get my other child evaluated by dev. peds, speech, hearing, and eye sight all through the CHOP care network. When my kids are sick, we get help from the nurse on the phone right away and can get same day appts if needed. When my youngest wouldn’t latch and needed weight checks, I got a same day appt with a doctor who helped with the latch (not a nurse or LC, one of the actual doctors) and got weekly appts for his weight checks.

I usually always have a great experience with CHOP Springfield but today when I called front desk staff who answered named Natasha was very rude and unprofessional.

Everything is good except for the main entrance. Front doors do not work for handicap person.
