I went in to sell my truck and ended up leaving with a barley used new truck. Our salesman Isaac Bazan was great! He was down to earth and normal guy not a salesman. He made my husband and I feel like we were his friends not customers. He was there for every part of the sale and trade in. Even the next day with some service department requests. Drove all the way out here to purchase my new Ford Mustang and was very happy with the great price and excellent service. I searched online and found they had the car I wanted. I called in and the Internet Manager, Scott, was able to take care of me from start to finish. We collaborated completely over the phone, from getting the offer, applying for financing, sending over pictures and videos of the car, and getting all the paperwork signed both digitally and through mail. Scott was very responsive, helpful, and laid-back. There was no pressure at all and I felt very comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. On the day I arrived, they had the car washed, detailed, and looking amazing. They guided me around my new car, introduced me to all the features, and gave me the tips and tricks. I took my time to inspect the car, but other than that, there wasn't much to do except drive home in my new toy as a very happy new car owner. Thank you!

You'll have to call Sunland Ford Motor Co Jessica, they provide courtesy transportation but I don't know about an actual loaner car I've been able to drop off my car they bring me back home and then they come back at to my home to pick me up and retrieve my car
What time is good to drop off, the person who's taking me back has to be at work at 7am tomorrow?

It kinda sounds like you might be a little frustrated. I would suggest you call and express your frustration to the service Manager. At minimum give them a chance to make things right.
