Been going to this place for years now and ive noticed that their service is getting worse ... Also bought a new battery there but was told by AAA roadside assistance that my new battery is a year old... I wonder if they really rotate my tires

I agree with you guys. I think that Rancho Motors service has definitely gone down hill.

I have not had any problems with Rancho Motors. I do have my tires mark in a way that I can tell if they been rotated. All in all I'm happy with their service.

To be really real with you I doubt it I had half a tank of gas when they got done with me I didn't have that much in my car almost didn't make it to a gas station that's sad that's how much they drove out my gas but now they kind of lost a lot of respect for me when that happened so I and totally with you on that one hundred and 10% I doubt if they rotated your tires they could just tell you something and say they did it how would you even know that they did it's not like you or me or experts at it if we were we would need them right
