I had one of the best car purchases ever at this dealer. I will not ever go to another dealer to purchase a vehicle! I had the most amazing salesman, Robert. He went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and accommodations. He did not make us settle for something that I wasn’t going to be happy with, he pushed to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a comfortable payment. One of the easiest purchases I have ever had with a dealership, I purchased the car while in transit, it came just at the time he quoted it would and he constantly kept me in the loop as to where and when the car would arrive. Upon picking up the car, he was so patient as we were running late to sign paperwork and test drive. He was not in any rush and waited to make sure we were done at the dealer and made sure we had everything we needed and assured us to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. Also worked with Sergio to get us the best possible monthly payment and interest rate, he went out of his way to look into banks that offered the lowest APR as well as work with the purchase price of the car to get us in with that comfortable payment we are constantly looking for! I am so glad and blessed to have found a dealership and salesman that genuinely care and are not just trying to make a sale! Thank you so much Robert & Sergio for getting me into my dream car and the seamless transaction in doing so!

Diane was wonderful! I initially contacted her in October 2021 but they didn’t have any Bolt EUVs that could be sold at that time. She followed up with me almost weekly with an update. When the day finally came, I don’t know who was more excited. She was such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with her again. Scott was instrumental with getting the monthly payments down to what I wanted. He, also, was a pleasure to work with. He has a great sense of humor. Jeremy stayed over 2 hours beyond the time he was supposed to be off to help me finalize all of the paperwork. He too has a great sense of humor and even went along with helping me surprise my daughter because she had no clue we were picking up the car that day.

Spent a hot afternoon lot jumping trying to find a used car within my budget. Which in this market is straight bananas! Luckily I was directed to the beautiful Stephenie Russ at Victorville Chevrolet. She was the best! Super nice and fun. Never felt pressure to buy. She honestly went above and beyond to make the whole experience an adventure instead of a task! She was able to find something that really fit my needs and get this.... even UNDER budget! I would highly recommend.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. I would have been nice to be asked if I wanted a tire rotation (I assumed it would have been done automatically). In addition, my inspection report indicated that the following needed immediate attention: Cabin & Air filters. If it needed immediate attention, I would have appreciate it if the service rep had notified me before I left the dealership. Instead, I found out days later after reviewing the inspection form. Update, I was contacted by the Field Office Director who apologized. Giving the dealership the benefit of the doubt, I gave it another try. This time, I went in for the 45K maintenance service. According to my receipt , the services performed were, Oil change, Tire rotation, Cabin & Air Filter replacement, Multi-point inspection & Tire pressure check. The service tech, Brian was nice and professional and so was the cashier. My issue with the service this time is that my Multi-Point Inspection report was not attached to my receipt. I did email the the Field Office Director, who had emailed me regarding my previous review, to request a copy; however, I never heard back from him or anyone one his team. I will actually be contacting his dealership tomorrow to see if I can obtain a copy.

I have not personally looked into this so I don't have an answer for you. However, if you call them I am sure one of their friendly employees would be able to give a full and proper answer.
Keys now a days are ordered...laser cut...and matched to the car
You have to call Rancho Motors Co. They'll help you with your inquiry. I am just a customer.
You might not have the right codes , if you know somebody good at hot-wiring , bypass the ignition and see if you can get it started . Ignition may be bad ? Maybe bad fuel pump , clogged filter or injectors
I agree with you guys. I think that Rancho Motors service has definitely gone down hill.
They are very busy or short handed. The operator should have answered and let you know. It happened to me once before. If you keep calling someone will answer.
