From the Berkeley Patients Group Website: Patients are required to register at the reception desk, and must provide a valid letter of recommendation from a licensed physician and/or a California Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC). Distinct from adult-use customers, patients have additional privileges. Under 21 Patients 18 years old or older may enter BPG and receive services. Patients under 18 years old may receive services via a parent or legal guardian, but may not enter BPG. Prior to recreational weed, a medical recommendation was often shortened to "rec" so I'm assuming that's what you mean.
Hi Jeremy, Yes, patients 18 and older with a medical cannabis recommendation may enter the facility. For recreational adults, the age is 21. Please bring your valid recommendation and ID when you visit us. Thanks! Love, Your Buds at BPG
Contact the dispensary directly, since you're 18 with a medical rec you are legally allowed to go into the dispensary. However with the new law in place there may be changes to each dispensary depending on city ordinance.
No. U have to be 21 or older
I smoked with a recommendation at 18. Some collectives offer services to 18 and up, just check weedmaps for others like BPG
I think you shorten recreational to rec, correct? If so than the answer is NO. According to the law's requirements you must be a least 21. you can consider getting a medical marijuana card, checkout those requirements.
