If you exceed your time on a ParkMobile reservation, they will not let you exit the garage. You have to pay for a whole new ticket and request reimbursement. I would not recommend parking here.

Dishonest signage. The big sign at the entrance says "daily maximum is $25 per twenty-four hour period". I parked for 36 hours and the total was $96. There is also nobody present if you want to question the charge. You either stay in the garage and pay even more, or you pay and the automated gate opens and you can leave. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.

Safe, and not very expensive. If you go to the theater they will validate you for four hours.

This place is a scam and the worst place to spend your money at. You're better off finding a meter or a different parking garage to park because they will take every penny they can get from you. I was only at the garage for a little over an hour and a half and when I got back I paid for my ticket. When I got to my vehicle I had to change my son's diaper and clothes before I left and within 15 to 20 minutes I proceeded to leave the garage and it told me that I needed to pay an additional $2.50 or I will not be able to exit the garage. So I called the person from the box and they did not care about anything that I was going through or what happened with me or my son all they cared about was it was my problem if I didn't want to leave at that time I should have waited until I was ready to leave the gate in order for me to not pay any additional fees. They also stated that once you pay for your parking you only have 20 minutes to leave the parking garage or you will be charged as if you never paid. This is bull because there is not one sign anywhere in this parking garage that states that if you do not leave within 20 minutes of paying for your parking you will not be able to exit the garage until you pay additional fees. This by far was the most frustrating parking garage I've dealt with in my life and I was so upset having to leave my son's doctor's appointment and deal with the extra no need stress and non caring customer service. You money is better spent somewhere else if you guy's can find somewhere else to park or even just park on the street. Trust me or worth the stress or Headache to deal with. THEY DESERVED NO STARS BUT THAT WASN'T AN OPTION.
