They have great products and good prices/ deals. Sadly their website has been having glitches and not working for over 2 months now and I have lost hope of getting in touch with them after writing over a dozen emails, calling, texting AND contacting customer support on their website and not getting a single response. It’s too bad they limit themselves I would love to continue ordering from them as I have done for the past two years… :( Ps. I love your products overall but I side note for other customers reading the reviews. Watch out on some deals I’ve ordered “bogo” deals before (buy one get one) and they seem to always give you (one and then a half not buy “one” then get “one”) they do this often with cartridges and sometimes but rarely with concentrates. Update: the website has been updated but still had the same issues and does not accept delivery even 5-10 minutes away range. So delivery is still not possible nothing has changed. (April 5th 2022)

I I have been coming to this location for years and it’s always been great product and majority of employees are friendly besides the girl at the front door as security!! She is always high on the clock, very rude and aggressive when taking your ID!! I think management should address this issue as it seems like I’m not the only one who is bringing it to your attention.

From the Berkeley Patients Group Website: Patients are required to register at the reception desk, and must provide a valid letter of recommendation from a licensed physician and/or a California Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC). Distinct from adult-use customers, patients have additional privileges. Under 21 Patients 18 years old or older may enter BPG and receive services. Patients under 18 years old may receive services via a parent or legal guardian, but may not enter BPG. Prior to recreational weed, a medical recommendation was often shortened to "rec" so I'm assuming that's what you mean.
I am not sure if they sell "recreational weed" or if it's only medical stuff. But I have never heard of someone refusing a US passport as ID, your calif. ID card also should be accepted pretty much everywhere.

They accept cards, but they have a few rules about it. 1. The total gets rounded to the nearest $5, and they give the difference back in cash. (If your total is $27.25 they charge $30.00 and give you $2.75 in cash). 2. There's a $2.75 fee on top of that for card use (your total charge would be $32.75 then). Hope this helps
