I received a speeding ticket I was going 55 on a 35mph zone. Once I got stopped I also got driving on suspended license, bad tags, and no insurance. My question is, why do they want me to go to a superior courthouse instead of a traffic courthouse?

I also have to be fingerprinted as wrll. I have no other charges , so why fingerprinted?
