Litterally the worst service ever. Waited on hold for more then 2hours. Keep getting transfer and hung up on repeatedly. When I asked if she would take down my number in case we got disconnected She said no. I will not call you back. You can call and wait on hold again. With 45min wait time if the automatic system doesn't click on you first. All of this to find out they can't do what I needover the phone "due to covid" . Their whole system is a joke right now.

I’ve been here at least 6 times for mediation and/or family law issues and every time I have gone to fight for my rights as a father the courts justify my daughters mom choices. She constantly violates the court order with impunity but when I file an order to show cause the judge sides with her. I agree with the person on here that posted this court house is very bias towards mothers.

Worse staff ever! Impolite, lazy, entitled and outright rude. Was there waiting over an hour before they closed at 4 and kicked everyone out. The staff at the windows stop taken people around 5-10 mins before they kick everyone out. They just sit there twirling their thumbs for the last few minutes hoping they dont have to take one more person. The security detail believes they are swat, chasing me down the hall and yelling to take my hoodie off my head after walking threw metal detector and a wand search. Acting like everyone should just know ALL their special rules that you can put your hat back on but not your hood. Then expect to be followed around and get checked up on several times to make sure you're still in line.

He doesn't need a lawyer he needs to show the courts that he wants to be there by doing this the courts acknowledge that the father is taking the necessary steps for example filing for visitation Filing for 50/50 custody Doing what the courts says You have to remember your innocent until guilty And your w black man with labels already so you have to show the courts that your the better parent it takes time but your kids are worth it right Do that an i promise you if He's the better patent he'll have his kids i know several men personally who have took these steps and there full custody fathers

Yes you can, I would ask them to explain the whole process because with me, when I was filling for divorce, they acted like I already knew how the process goes.
Yes. You can get copies of your paperwork.
Check the court website.
You will must likely have to use the courts website to file. They do open for limited service from 10 to 2 pm, but they're operations are being conducted online.

You could call the family law division. One of the representatives could look up the current status of your divorce.
Yes if you're case in on the calendar. Otherwise, you would need to go to the courthouse in Murrieta.
If you have a scheduled court date they will notify you, typically by mail, when to show up. Google HEMET COURT HOUSE the phone number is there.
Here is a self help number where they can help. (951)274-4499

Ok maps is not a place for legal advice go to self help center at the Courthouse over here off of Winchester Road they have a really good self help center in there they have paralegal that can answer your advice check what days I'll be there maps and I place to go for legal advice okay with that dude just answered you is completely wrong if it's your property you should make your payments you should hold on to it if it was awarded to you or if it's 50-50 it's still your property it would not be in your best interest to let something like that go destroy your credit could do all kinds of things the best thing to do is go over if you can't afford an attorney go to the self-help center the one over there in Temecula where weed is off Winchester Road that by the jail house over there actually the people in Hemet that paralegal there she's pretty sharp to she helped me a lot for my divorce self-help center

What do you mean by "appointment"? Setting a hearing day or ??
Go to tje Self Help center across the street from the Downtown Riverside county jail.
I believe you can look it up online if you have your case number.. If you need to reopen it you need to go down to the court house..
9am, Monday through Friday, go to the clerks window. They will direct you to the area.
Thank you but I thought I clicked through one of the links.
Best thing to do is go in and talk to the clerk
You can schedule an appointment to talk to the clerk but not an appointment for just the judge only
I also have to be fingerprinted as wrll. I have no other charges , so why fingerprinted?
Is enhanced collections there
