I concur they are rude in the office, the mail carrier on my route is rude also. It's ashame that we can complain but nothing changes.

Greetings. I live at 12010 S. Vermont Avenue, #408, LA, CA 90044. For the past few weeks a lot of mail was not in the mailboxes but in the Postal bucket where anyone had access. Some of my mail was opened and taken, leaving only the box. Why?
The main entry to the mailbox in my 8 unit building is broken, who is responsible for the repair and has been like that for 1 week
