Greetings. I live at 12010 S. Vermont Avenue, #408, LA, CA 90044. For the past few weeks a lot of mail was not in the mailboxes but in the Postal bucket where anyone had access. Some of my mail was opened and taken, leaving only the box. Why?

Our mail man is just a jerk I live 3 blocks down and he wont walk in to get my signature instead just leave a notice to go pick up mail
