Why do they always stealing the package and nobody do anything? If I can give them a 0 star I will definitely do.

I’ve visited dozens of different post offices in my short lifetime and am extremely well-aware of the adverse working condition USPS staff can often find themselves in, yet I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review until just now. Congratulations on having the rudest, unsympathetic and most callous USPS employees ever. A truly impressive accomplishment. Well done.

It doesn't matter how many times you ask nicely, submit a complaint, call, whatever. They will REPEATEDLY allow your mail to be stolen and ignore COA requests. I am still trying to sort out mail theft/forgery that occurred in February due to their failure to forward my mail (when I moved) for WEEKS, despite multiple COA requests! Why even stay in business if people can just literally refuse to do their jobs??? If I performed that poorly, I'd be fired. I'm so sick and tired of there being a double standard with certain professions. So what if it's not brain surgery, people are at the mercy of the USPS when it comes to personal mail which may often contain personal information, and it's a service on which people greatly depend. The USPS needs to do a complete overhaul and replace lazy, indifferent employees with those that would actually be grateful that they have had income throughout this pandemic and be willing to work instead of cutting corners.

This is a post office that has always had a manager who tried to bring it up to level, and the service is either great or an nightmare. A long line waited for 12 minutes while one of the staff "chewed the rag" with a customer for almost 15 minutes. Photos enclosed. It was so absurd a manager was summoned. Another one of their staff who was assigned to "greet people" when they came in, told me he would charge me $3 for a piece of scotch tape so I went to the UPS store where they gave it to me for tree. During the pandemic, the couple of staff who are there are friend, helpful and welcoming.

yes! you drive into the parking area, off Motor...into the building, you'll see there is a car entrance next to the postoffice on ground level.
Call the main post office.
It was returned to the P.O. for another step of processing. If your son has his adress with the correct apartment number on file, then it will be sent to him. If not, it will return to you. Unfortunately, there is no way to check where exactly the letter is in this process if it is a first class letter.
they do, but I dont know the prices...
